Ordering
Please take great care when ordering your items. Please
check you have supplied all of the relevant information and the
spellings of any names etc are all correct.
Payment is largely
taken through Paypal. However, any customers wishing to pay by cheque
are more than welcome - please email me at
Sarahscardcreations@hotmail.co.uk to pay via this method. Customers
paying by cheque will incur a longer than usual wait due to cheque
clearance times.
Returns
Goods damaged in transit
should be returned immediately for a replacement or a refund. Goods must
be returned in saleable conditions and in their original packaging.
As
I am only human, I can make mistakes. I will always correct my mistakes
and I am willing to refund, replace or exchange items where necessary.
Please note that no returns will be accepted where a customer has
misspelt names, etc or given me the wrong information.
Due to the
handmade nature of many of my products, the imagery used is for
representational purposes only, and there may be slight differences and
variances in colour, texture and layout in the product/s you receive.
While every care is taken to accurately photograph the products the
customer should be aware that the colours shown can vary between
monitors.
The prices published on the website are correct at the
time of posting. Sarah's Card Creations reserves the rights to alter the
advertised prices and products at any time
Delivery
All orders are packaged in appropriate packing to ensure that the goods
reach you in top condition. Due to the fragile nature of canvas clock
hands and to avoid the possibility of these being broken in transit the
hands are packaged separately but full instructions on how to fit the
hands are included. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to
email Sarahscardcreations@hotmail.co.uk to clarify the method.
Most
orders are dispatched within 7 days however please allow 7-10 working
days. Orders are sent by RM First Class post. In the event that there is
an unexpected delay you will be advised immediately with the expected
despatch time.
Whilst the majority of orders that are sent first
class are received the following day, Royal Mail unfortunately cannot
guarantee that this will always be the case.
I accept no
liability if delivery is delayed due to regional or national postal
disruptions. I cannot accept responsibility for post that gets lost or
damaged. Please ensure that all delivery details are correct as I
cannot accept liability for delayed/non delivery in such instances. If
you would like special or recorded delivery (advisable on items that
have deep sentimental value) it will be charged at the applicable Royal
Mail rate depending on the weight and size of the item you have ordered.
Please contact Sarah's Card Creations in advance if you have an
urgent requirement for your order and I will let you know whether that
deadline can be met. I'll do everything possible to accommodate such
deadlines, given that these will most likely incur increased postage to
meet such a requirement.
